Step 1: Shop.

Look around our site and add items to your cart.

Step 2 A: Checkout using Online CC gateway

We offer more than one way to pay for your order, the fastest way is using the online payment gateway, select your date & time for collection, after which you will be redirected to the payment page to complete.

Step 2 B: ATH Movil, CC Auth.

You can also use either ATH Movil, or submit a CC Auth Form if you rather not use the payment gateway, select which method you preferer and our team will get back with you after completing your order.

Step 3: Be on the look out.

Regardless of which form of payment you chose, our team will start processing your order and getting it ready for your collection. Please keep your phone or laptop close as we may contact you for clarification or give further instructions for you to complete.

Step 4: Your order is ready!

You receive either one or two notifications alerting you that your order is now ready for collection.

Step 5: Collection.

At our service terminal 4, we have a designated lane for all online orders. When you arrive, please notify any of our personnel that you are collecting an online order and someone will assist you.

Step 6: Enjoy

Delivery & Online orders

Currently we have no home delivery, all orders are to be collected at our store.

Currently we do not ship internationally.

Yes, you may have someone collect your order,

Please let us know if you want someone to pick up your order at the time of checkout or via the contact form. We will send you a secondary pick up email with a security code unique to your order; the person collecting your order has to provide this code in order for us to release the order to them.

What Payments do you accept online?

Using the payment processor is by far the quickest and safest way to pay for your order. This enables consumers to shop, pay online, and pick up their orders when they selected.

You can use ath movil to pay for your order. After you place your order, a member of our staff will contact you with payment instructions.

If you don't want to enter your information into the online
processor and don't have ATH Movil, but would you would like to pay for your order online? Customers may use this option to pay for their order. Complete our CC Auth form and present the required documents to have their order paid.
