Products are opened and inspected prior to customer collection.
!ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
All merchandise must be collected by the date agreed upon at the time of purchase. Failure to collect at the agreed time will result in the order being subject to restocking WITHOUT NOTICE.
There are NO refunds on personalized and or cut items including any item in the giftwrapping service section.
All submitted orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee for any canceled or uncollected orders, in these events the customer will be granted the money paid less the following. Restocking fee, & Order Processing ( see T&S).
